How to delay period for 1-2 days naturally and effectively?? (urgent)?

Hi, I am suppose to get my period yesterday but until now it's still not here. Then I found out I have to do a medical check up tomorrow urgently which includes urine test. How to delay my period naturally for 2days? I cnt do urine test otherwise blood will get into it. Thx!
