I heard that if you shake a bottle of OPI nail polish for 42 seconds it turns into a jello like substance?

My brother is obsessed with his OPI nail polish collection and told me that this is true and he has tested it many times. My brother either urgently needs medical assistance or hes actually right. HELP!!!!
