Is this a brain tumour?

my sister has been getting headahces recently and we put it down to stress, she threw up this morning and had a herendous headache and then felt fine after it(symptoms) and then last night she went to a leaving due, and in one of the photos she has a white eye and a full black one,with a flash in one eye (also a symptom) and an eye specialist on facebook had seen the photo and told my sisters friend that theres something not right with her, and that she needs medical advice urgently. She has also been horrible,moody and nasty (another symptom) she has been punching me and hitting me and beating me up: I knew there wasnt something right with her, and told her it could be a tuma before she got advice from the man on facebook, but my family ignored it. My mum has just rang the GP out of hours, and we're awaiting a call. I just wanted a second opinion, as we arent too sure yet. ?
