I hve lump in my breast? but its not a Breast Cancer?

i am 23 by few months im getting marry,and i hve a lump on my both breast,doctor told me dont worry its not a breast cancer,but i hve pain in breasts,and now imn worried will my husabnd come to know abt this lumps,if yes then will he able to love me o not? should i get marry or not plzzz give me response urgently im so worried,and i cant talk abt dis with my would be?
