it sounds like a lymph node. Lymph nodes can become enlarged and feel like a little pea or almond that moves around. They can be found in the neck, groin, or armpits. The bump most likely has no relation with hiv however that doesn't mean you don't have hiv. You had unprotected sex at one point in your life so there is always a chance. Make sure you get a hiv test just to make sure. Also take note that it's good to wait 6 months after intercourse before getting an hiv test because there is a window period were the virus can not be detected.
